The World Clean Up Day takes places every year in September and has become a worldwide movement for the elimination of litter on land and in the sea.We aim to activate 5% of the world's population that will catalyse lasting societal change in behaviour around mismanaged waste. The Mullerthal Region – Luxembourg’s Little Switzerland takes part in this movement, too. The Clean Up Day Mëllerdall takes place for the fifth time and invites you to collect trash while hiking on our wonderful hiking trails. Let's do it together!
How to participate:
1. Find a group of hiking buddies and register your group with us so that we can find the perfect hiking trail for you and your group, according to length, difficulty and attractions along the way.

2. Start your hike on Sep 21th - it‘s World Clean Up Day! - and collect as much trash as you can find. You need to bring a garbage bag and maybe also some gloves.
3. Leave the collected trash at one of the collection points where you can have a well-deserved drink or snack at the cafés and restaurants.
