Church Maria Himmelfahrt
During a meeting on november 22nd in 1951, the council of Berdorf voted unanimously for the construction of a church in Bollendorf-Pont. On April 19th 1954, on Easter Monday, the new church was inaugurated by coadjutor Bishop Leo Lommel and dedicated to the title of Assumption. The second patron of the church is Saint Willibrord.
