07: Beaufort - Vianden

Description of the trail
The routes of the youth hostels lead over different hiking paths with varied signposts. When the path marking changes, a sign indicates the direction of the route. The hike starts in Beaufort near the castle. We follow the youth hostels trail and cross the village of Beaufort in order to arrive at the departure point at the castle. We then follow the national hiking trail ‘Maurice Cosyn’ to Gilsdorf. In Gilsdorf we cross the Sûre and follow the ‘sentier de l’Our to the youth hostel Vianden, located opposite the beautiful castle.
