Beaufort maakt indruk met zijn imposante middeleeuwse burcht uit de Renaissance.
De lokale specialiteit is de "Cassero", een likeur op basis van cassis. Naast het Mullerthal Trail en de verschillende plaatselijke wandelingen biedt Beaufort twee bijzondere attracties: een openluchtzwembad in de zomer en de ijsbaan welke met een nieuw tentdak overdekt is in de winter met ice karting.
