Zittig is a small village in the municipality of Bech, set amid the rural landscapes of the Mullerthal Region. Fields, meadows and nearby woodlands shape the surroundings and give the village its peaceful character.
The local Rocky Route passes through Zittig, a circular cycling route of around 43 kilometres through the municipalities of Berdorf, Consdorf and Bech. The route leads from Altrier via Zittig to Bech and connects numerous small villages with the varied landscapes of the region.
The small chapel is also part of Zittig's traditional village landscape.
With its peaceful setting and surrounding countryside, Zittig reveals a quiet and rural side of the Mullerthal Region.
