There are a number of goods that are produced in the region. These range from cheese over sausages and liqueur to honey and juice blends.
The cooperation between the producers is very good and most of them have adhered to an association called "Mëllerdaller Produzenten" which makes the marketing easier. Together they visit markets where they sell their products. One can also purchase most products at the producer himself or in the supermarket.
Many chefs use the delicious regional products like honey, cheese, meat, sausages, liqueurs, etc. in the kitchen. You can also assemble them in a present basket in the shop Kulturhaff Millermoler in Hinkel, in the Touristcenter Heringer Millen in Mullerthal or at Moulin Dieschbourg in Echternach.
