Wine escape by historic bus

Step aboard a vintage 1959 bus for a day discovering the Luxembourg Moselle, its wines, and its rich heritage.

Departing from Luxembourg City, the adventure begins the moment you climb aboard: we take our seats inside the iconic Bus 34, a former public transit coach lovingly preserved by dedicated enthusiasts.

We then head towards the Moselle valley, following the historic tracks of the "Jangli"—the historic narrow-gauge railway that once crossed the region—all the way to the Clos Jangli wine estate.

Upon arrival, we will discover the craft and philosophy of a new generation of Luxembourgish winemakers. Hugues will guide us through the estate, explaining the terroir and his approach, before moving on to the tasting: a curated selection of fine wines and crémants paired with artisan charcuterie and cheeses.

After this first immersion into contemporary winemaking know-how, we will hop back onto our vintage bus and continue our journey through the Moselle landscapes down to Schengen.

There, a guided tour will introduce us to this village that became an enduring symbol of European history, before stepping inside the newly revamped Schengen Experience.

At the end of the afternoon, our vintage bus will bring us comfortably back to Luxembourg City.
