Haller is a small village in the municipality of Waldbillig in the Mullerthal Region. Situated between open plateaus and wooded valleys, the village is an excellent starting point for hikes to impressive sandstone formations and through the varied landscapes of Luxembourg's Little Switzerland.

While the open plateaus offer sweeping views of the countryside, the surrounding woodlands conceal the sandstone formations that are so characteristic of the region.

Haller offers a variety of opportunities for hiking enthusiasts. The approximately 6.2 km long local circular hiking trail W4 leads through wooded rocky landscapes to the impressive sandstone formations of Brentschenterlee and Réimerkapp. The latter resembles a Roman head with its distinctive shape and is also a popular destination for families.

Another option is the approximately 6.8 km long local circular hiking trail W1. Starting at the car park on Rue du Hallerbach, it mainly follows paved paths alongside extensive fields and forest edges. Along the way, hikers can enjoy beautiful panoramic views across the plateau between Haller and Waldbillig. The trail is also suitable for walks with pushchairs, but not for wheelchair users.

Along the W1 trail, visitors will also find the Akerblumm Regiomat vending machine, where regional products from local producers are available around the clock.
