Cross-border hike

We’ll be hiking together from Echternach to the Irreler Waterfalls

Joint cross-border walk in a group with common lunch in a restaurant (everybody pays for themselves)

We’ll meet at 9.15 am at the “a Kack” car park in Echternach (Rue du Pont)

The meeting point is on the Luxembourg side, next to ‘Echternacher Brück’

The destination of our hike is the ‘Irrel Waterfalls’ in the Southern Eifel

Afterwards, we plan to have lunch together in Irrel (Wagner's Grillstube)

Outward walk: approx. 8 km – 2 hours + time at the waterfalls

Return walk: approx. 5 km – 1 hour

We’ve allowed approx. 2 hours for lunch together – everyone pays for themselves

Return to Echternach between 3 pm and 4 pm

Difficulty: easy – gentle inclines – also suitable for inexperienced walkers
