With “The Bohemians”, one of Europe’s finest Queen tribute bands takes to the stage. The four musicians from the UK take the audience on a musical journey through time lasting almost two hours. And they invite everyone to a huge Queen live party, because that is exactly what the band’s performances regularly become, on both sides of the Channel.
.
By the second song at the latest, singer Rob Comber, alias Freddie Mercury, has won the audience over. From then on, young and old alike enjoy the spectacular show side by side for almost two hours, with none of Queen’s immortal hits missing, including “Another One Bites The Dust”, “A Kind Of Magic”, “We Will Rock You” and “Radio GaGa”.
.
Mercury’s unmistakable voice and gestures are unique in rock history. “The Bohemians” prove to be the most dynamic and exciting Queen tribute band currently on tour. The band members are almost indistinguishable from their idols: Comber’s personality and stage presence make him the perfect Freddie Mercury, while Marcus Tate not only bears a striking resemblance to Brian May, but also plays the guitar just like his idol.
Both acoustically and visually, you really feel as though you are experiencing Queen performing live on stage. Numerous authentic costumes and props complete the illusion.
