The memorial stone commemorates those who went missing or were killed during the Second World War

The memorial stone with the inscription ‘Aux victimes de la guerre 1940-1945’ – “To the victims of the war between 1940 and 1945” is intended to commemorate the residents of Beaufort who went missing or were killed during the World War II.

Below the memorial stone is another stone with a cross on it.

The memorial site is located right beside the church.
