Description
On this path, you can enjoy the tranquility of the forest and you see the "Napoleonshutt" - a rock that is reminiscent of a hat and two hollow paths.
The trail first follows a paved road into the forest. It then winds gently uphill, lined with rocks. Through a hollow path, one reaches the Al Schmelz, the only visible remains of Fischbach’s former smelteries. From there, steps lead up to the Napoleon’s Hat. A cobblestone path continues the ascent. At the top, another hollow path descends into the idyllic hamlet of Koedange. On the return, the trail passes once more through the forest, where fine views of Fischbach await.
