Wake Up! Festival

After the first edition of the Wake Up! Festival in 2022, it is our great pleasure to welcome you back in Medernach on June 27th 2026.

The great success of the last 4 years has shown us that our idea behind the festival has been well received. Therefore, we as an association are again very concerned in 2026 to offer a cultural highlight to the residents of the village as well as from the local area or even from the nearby frontier region. We want to help that the village life in Medernach continues to live and that the residents get to know each other, do not live apart, but live together as a community.

This is why it's very important to us that the entrance to the Wake Up! Festival is for free.

After the great success in 2025, this year you can expect music bands from the near and far surroundings, as well as concerts of exceptional bands. So you can expect from 12.00 P.M. the Jugendensembel of the Fanfare Medernach, the Fanfare Buerglinster and the Gildrefer Musek. In the evening it continues with excellent bands. From 16.00 P.M you can see and hear the bands „Abanda“ (L), „Blue-ish”(L), „Dave Peyton and the Toxic Twins“ (IRL), „Lara Grogan”(L) and our headliner of the year „Wille and the Bandits” (UK). To complete the lineup, DJ Ray (L) invites you to dance to the music of the 60s to today.

The Wake Up! Festival will be held on the beautiful square next to the church in Medernach. Centrally located, the festival can be reached on foot from the entire village. Parking is available at the new sports hall, from where a shuttle runs to the festival site. Food and drinks are available.
